Waiver Services Director
Heather began her journey with LittleStar in 2018 as a (RBT) before transitioning to the Waiver Services department in 2022. Over the past four years, she has developed extensive knowledge of Indiana Medicaid Waiver services and is dedicated to helping individuals and families access the supports they need to thrive.
As Waiver Services Director, Heather is passionate about expanding quality services across Indiana while ensuring families receive compassionate guidance and personalized support throughout their journey. She is committed to building meaningful relationships with the individuals LittleStar serves, collaborating with community partners, and empowering her team to provide exceptional, person-centered care. Heather takes pride in helping create opportunities that promote independence, inclusion, and an improved quality of life for every individual and family she serves.

Kahla Grimpe
Waiver Services Manager
Kahla has been with the company for two years, bringing valuable experience from her time as a DSP in WLA before stepping into the Manager role. She has now been serving as a manager for a year and continues to grow her skills in that role while supporting the families and individuals she serves. Her experience as a DSP provides a strong foundation for understanding the needs of both clients and staff.
Kahla graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Anthropology and Forensic Science. Outside of work, she enjoys playing video games and spending time with friends.

Waiver Services Coordinator
Jessica has dedicated over a decade to Waiver services, acquiring invaluable expertise in the field. With more than 12 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities and their families, she understands their unique needs. Jessica is passionate about providing the exceptional care and attention that every family deserves, making her an outstanding advocate for quality services

Waiver Services Coordinator
Jordyn Koertge brings nine years of experience working with the Medicaid Waiver program and is passionate about helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes in their lives. She values the opportunity to support clients in their growth and enjoys empowering them to achieve goals that enhance their independence and quality of life. Jordyn is dedicated to building positive relationships and making a lasting impact through compassionate, person-centered support. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, exercising, hiking, and baking. She is excited to continue contributing in a meaningful way as part of the LittleStar team.
