LittleStar is excited to announce our new Speech Therapy program and welcome Katie Bourgerie, M.S., CCC-SLP to our Carmel autism center!

Katie is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist with multiple years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental delays.
She received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science in Communicative Disorders from the University of Alabama. Katie has a passion for working with patients with autism and has experience with in-home, school and outpatient clinical settings.
Her clinical interests include alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) with training in LAMP, and early childhood language. She has previously worked with interdisciplinary teams including ABA, OT and PT.
Katie enjoys working closely with families to help find successful ways to increase communication. Katie is a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and the Indiana Speech Language Pathology and Audiology Board.

Our newly remodeled 32,000-square-foot autism therapy center in Carmel offers a modern, child-focused learning environment.
The center is located just south of Main Street, where Carmel Drive meets North Illinois Street.
We provide comprehensive autism therapy services in Carmel designed to support children across developmental stages.
Programs include Applied Behavior Analysis therapy Carmel families trust for evidence-based, structured care.
Our center features a new Speech Therapy program supporting communication, language, and social development.
Flexible therapy rooms support both individual ABA sessions and small group learning.
Bathrooms are equipped for toilet training and daily living skill development.
A dedicated gross motor room supports movement, coordination, and physical growth.
Leisure spaces offer developmentally appropriate activities that encourage social engagement and play.
A cafeteria with a fully functioning kitchen supports feeding programs and life skills instruction.
Outdoor play spaces provide safe opportunities for sensory regulation, movement, and exploration.
Each space was intentionally designed to support effective autism therapy outcomes in Carmel.
